1. VoilaNorbert Services

The Services allow VoilaNorbert’s business customers (“Customer” or “Customers”) to perform email address lookup and verification and data enrichment on sets of emails. Customers can access these services through manual entry, uploading a csv file or using our APIs.

We collect several types of information as part of our Website and Services, including information:

Please note: We do not disclose for such purposes the information provided by customers during the account signup process (i.e., our customer contact, or their financial information), or where it is prohibited by contractual terms or an applicable law.

Stripe. If you purchase Services through the Website , then your credit card or debit card information is provided directly to our payment service processor, Stripe, to process the payments. The payment information is transmitted via an encrypted connection directly to Stripe. Stripe uses, processes and stores your personal and payment information in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy available at stripe.com/us/privacy. VoilaNorbert does not store your payment information. Stripe maintains that it is PCI compliant and you can learn more about Stripe’s security measures available at stripe.com/help/security.

Legal Requests and Comply with State and Federal Laws. VoilaNorbert may release personal information or other information provided by you if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws or to respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant. Promotional Offers from VoilaNorbert. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails from  VoilaNorbert that promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data or at any other time by logging into the Website and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to support@voilanorbert.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to VoilaNorbert as a result of a service offering purchase, product service experience or other transactions.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information. You may be able to add, update, or delete information in your account by logging into your account profile page at: https://app.voilanorbert.com/#!/settings/account . You may also send us an email at support@voilanorbert.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. In certain situations, we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Your personal information is stored by VoilaNorbert on the servers of its cloud-based database storage provider engaged by VoilaNorbert, located in the United States. VoilaNorbert will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. We will delete your information within 30 days of a request by you.
